Hy I have this RAM and I would request some timings since nothing I tried works above ddr500 it's quite frustrating.Can you please tell me exactly what chip is it using?When I bought it in the offer it says samsung.Is that UCCC?As I know it should do ddr520~ddr550.One more thing if you can cover it I have nf3-250gb DFI board.

They're using lower binned Samsung UCCC. You can use the settings for the 2GBHZ kit, wich use the same Samsung UCCC chips, but higher binned; see here (http://www.xtremesystems.org/forums/showthread.php?t=75199) and here (http://www.xtremesystems.org/forums/showthread.php?t=74524).
