G.Skill FX Crashes w/ No Memtest errors

I got some G.skill F1-3200dsu2-1gbfx popped them in.......

I got no memtest errors with 2.5-3-3-5 @ 2.8Volts running 270Mhz but when I play all games and some apps I crash either a system reboot windows error etc...... I pop in my Redlines and don't have this issue. I've tried all recommended settings for A64 Tweaker \ BIOS even used this as a guideline

Well I wish I was getting memtest errors then I would know somethings wrong but when i'm not and things still crash I dunno what else to think of....... Have you ever heard of this before?
