Has anyone else had any problems with their chips and the BadAxe? I have a X6800 and rev. 304 board here and she's not wanting to fire up :stick: My SS only goes down to around -44C, so she's not a beast by any means. I've insulated well of course, but any boot freezes shortly after bios post. Any ideas?
Insulation, very hard on this board
What bios?

I tried 1073 and 0908....And the insulation wasnt the easiest, but it wasnt bad at all. I really dont think that is the problem.
What happens if you turn on SS unit after boot, i.e. start with SS off

I see you found the problem. There is a newer BIOS, 1181.
