Im quite computer saavy yet am new the the OC game. All opinions are appreciated!

My question is concerning a CPU upgrade. Ive had my eye on an 3200+ Barton w/400FSB and 512 L1/L2. Recently ive spotted a 2700+ TBread w/333FSB & 256 L1/L2. From what I understand, the 2700+ TBread can be pushed to crazy speeds, however, I wonder if the difference in the FSB and L1/L2 is of any great importance in the OC game.

Should I.. A> get the 3200+ Barton and try to push it over 400FSB (is that even possible?)
B> get the 2700+ TBread (is it known to be able to get to or over 400FSB and spank the 3200s azz)
C> do us all a favor and unplug my computer now.

Thanks yall. I never considered sempron. seems it comes highly reccomended. Ill check it out...
