ok...I have Patriot memory modules 2x1gig (Samsung KH4510838C-UCC's with a 540 production date on brain power B6U815) From my reading and googling I see people are using less voltage on these chips. To get them more stable. Stats from Patriot says 2.8v 3-4-4-8 tmings. I can get these to 2.6ghz for the CPU but wondering what others are having luck with getting their memory to run at......

These are the same memory modules that are used on----- OCZ EL DDR PC-4000 Gold GX XTC 2GB.

Trying to reach at least 2.8 ghz stable but not sure about all the memory timings and such...also my board doesn't seem to like 1T not sure why that is.......

UCCC usually gets highest MHz @ timings like 3-4-3-6-1T with voltage ~2.9V ...
Some UCCCs can work @ pretty high freq with timings like 2.5-3-3-5-1T @ 2.9V
