well I was having problem getting my 9700pro recognize the TV.

I browsed the ATI support site and found this (http://www.ati.com/support/infobase/3056.html#no%20load).

It mentioned that I may need to buy a "75 ohm load" so the tv can be correctly recognize.

Well my cable is a 75 ohm coaxial. Is this different from the "75 ohm load" the ATI support site is talking about?

I've been using this 75 ohm coaxial on my previous 8500LE and tvout is working perfectly. I then replaced it with a GF4 and tvout is still working perfectly ableit not as good as the Radeon.

Thanks

what kind of TV are you using? the 75 ohm load stuff only applies if you are using some pretty specific stuff. if you are just using a standard TV, the coax input should be 75 ohm.

I'm using a normal TV. I never had this tvout problems with my Radeon8500 and GF4 4200. :(

Is your card the only connected "receiver" at the aerial ? It all depends on your antena arangement.
If you have more than 1 receiver connected to the antena the las t connected antena socket must have the 75 ohm load installed to avoid reception problems.
