Hi,
Having a bit of a problem with the smd grabber vcore mod i'm doing on my 9700. For some reason when everything is connected i cant get a resistance less than 8300 ohms. But when i take the mod off the card i can adjust the resistance to any value (its a 10k pot).
I've measured the voltage of the core to verify this, as it does not change from a constant 1.6v, no matter how much i adjust the pot. And the resistance stays a constant 8.3k.
The soldering between smd grabber all the way to the ground connector must be fine, since i can measure the resistance between both ends. Does this mean that the smd grabber is not getting good contact with pin 18 on the IC?
I'm very confused, and any help would be very nice :D
