Those Loonaholics across the board (you know who you are) have finally prevailed upon my better senses. I'm going to give them a shot on my BIGTS, along with a few others I have laying around.

If you read in the center of it it says d12sl-12. I assume it's a yate loon then
Btw, I'm receiving 3 d12sl-12 in a few days. Will I notice a difference compared to my current 18db papst fans, running at 1200rpm?

It's not just decibels but noise quality. I find the Yate's sound to be somewhat smoother, more like a "shhh" as opposed to a "zzzz" if that makes sense.

Nexus are (rewound) D12SL-12s also. And theyre orange, while YLs are usually black. Which is why I'm asking.

I have a GTS360 hanging off the back of my P180, so yeah, aesthetics are an issue. ;) Also, they're the first place I've seen with the spiffolicious orange/black version. :D
