I have basically the same setup. 6-32 screws wont fit. I think you need 4-32 but I couldn't find any. So I dremeled out my holes a tad so 6-32's fit.

I used 6/32 x 1-1/4 inch screws and used a tap to thread the holes to 6/32. You are gonna get gouged buying metric screws in the US, better to tap the holes out to a common domestic size IMO. Plus the tap is handy to have around for other case modding stuff, and it's the correct thread size for the mobo standoff holes in most cases in case your threads get messed up.

yep. home depot. corner store. menards. all didnt have longer than 12mm for the screws. so i resrted to buying bolts ARGH and a mini wrench set. andd im not looking forward to the bolting. im considering goin back out there for real and buying the tap. ive never done it before.... i assume i just screw it into the holes on the radiator and it will ~expand~? or make the holes the right size and then im good right?

I was also wondering what to use as well. My rads are BIProII and im mounting 4 120mm fans on each one with radboxes, should I go for screws or bolts and are the sizes the same?
