first off welcome, but its xtreme systems. Have you read any of the overclocking guides or done any before. With ram i always aim for lowest timings before i shoot for highest overclock, so see if it'll run 2-3-3-8, 2-3-2-8 etc. Also test with different voltages. Always lower cpu multi while maxing out ram to start with just to make sure any errors are from the ram. What kind of stability programs are you using?

i try much config and i cant find someone to stable at 225Mhz. I use memo test. The chip memorys is VS32MB-5 PS1300505.

best timings i ever got with corsair value was 2.5-2-3-6 only at 216mhz and 2.5volts. Loose timings didnt help overclock it at all; at 3-4-4-8 my max was 224mhz with 2.5volts. I found that using high volts made it even more unstable even at 2.6volts. Overall it's best to stay clear of value cosair.

Can you post some screen with everest with your Corsair Value Please. because i want to see the others latencys for example Row Refresh Cycle Time (tRFC), Max Async Latency and others latencys!! Thanks again!:toast:
