Not making any insults or attacks to OCZ by the way, I'm pretty confident that OCZ puts out some of the best and most consistent products on the market. I just can't see spending extra money on sticks that you can lose in the backyard. It looks like an effigy of Fata1ty.

At least one company stepped forward to throw together some unique looking modules. It's better than seeing bland, standard, solid color heatspreaders all the time ;)

I do hope to see these on enthusiast modules in the future though. Not necessarily this skin, but anything other than the standard solid colors.

I never thought I would see a custom XTC heatsink due to the modules already being assigned "Gold, Titanium, Platinum" and so forth, so why not extra colors?

If ya know Fata1ity..PLEASE PLEASE ask him to take more interest in "his" products, the performance, the point of them, maybe the pricing, and some of the advertising. :) In a single swipe, the Abit SLI board put me off Fata1ity AND abit...all in one go. :)

Buying an entirely new batch of PCB's when they have tons lying around isn't that economical really. Especially since anything to match the spreader would likely need to be custom made. Since they are just 'testing' out the waters atm, hopefully colored PCB's are in the future if they sell well.

hmm why not try like a lighting theme on the heatspreaders with something like blue/dark blue pcb's if possible. I personally dont like the camo look if going into mybox unless the rest like case was camo as well.
Maybe offer some ramsinks on them with a plastic type covering with insertable graphics to suit to the user?
Just looking at the idea gave me these. I opens the door to "styling" with the rest of you computer if you looking for a complete "theme".

OCZ really ought to re-take the picutes of the product because in my opinion YOUR picture makes the ram look a hell of alot better than what the demo pics show.
