JediAgent: it support all DDR from 1600 to 3500... the FSB is what determines the speed of the memory... 3200 just means that corsair has tested it and says it performs perfectly at CAS2 at 3200 (400FSB)
JediAgent: you can only use it at 2100 (266FSB) on most sytems and 2700 (333FSB) on newer systems... the overhead is to make sure you can have the fastest timings and for future overclocking
