Dual core PowerMac on the way.

Will need to add at least 2 x 1 gb sticks - probably a least 4 x 1 gb eventyally.

Places like OWC seem to be selling the same memory for it as for the slower bus dual cpu PowerMac.

Any suggestions on where to get fast 1 gb or 2 gb sticks that won't bottleneck the dual core bus?

Thaks

Most of the big memory websites (crucial, corsair) have memory finders that find the perfect ram for your computer. Even macs. Here's crucial's (just choose your powermac version):

The new PowerMac G5's use standard 184 pin PC3200 Unbuffered DIMM's. You can load that sucker up with RAM pretty darn cheap :) The standard memory that they ship with the PowerMac has a CL of 3 and there's craploads of CL 3 PC3200 memory out there (but you can get whatever you want).
