CPU: Thermaltake Big Typhoon
GPU: really depends on the card but I'd say: Zalman VF900-CU

Do i need to change the fan though? I thought thermalright heatsinks were better, can you give me a link with tests and results?

Zalman 9500, and an AC Silencer or Zalman vf900-cu for the card. The Thermalright V-1 is better than both of them, but I don't think it works for your card. Google a review on any cooler, CPU or VGA, and it usually comes with test results.
