Just searching around on the web found this little link:

http://www.ioss.com.tw/web/English/RD1BIOSSavior.html

I searched it and it said nothing bout the A7N8X compatibility, a little email later and i got this reply:

We have RD1-PMC4 which is for ASUS A7N8X but it is out of stock now and will be available on end of Feb.
If you like to place order please send us order form and we will ship out for you once it is available.
We will only charge to your card when we are ready to ship.

Any other questions please feel free to contact to us.

Best Regards,
Vivian

Just get a new battery, the Maxell battery's suck and make the BIOS corrupt or don't let it boot.

Don't buy it in the first place:D

Just kiddin'.It seems that most problems stem from a lousy bios battery indeed. I RMA'd mine due to these problems, like Betty not shutting up and other weird stuff.
