Need 2x1gb DDR suggestion

I will be ocing opty 165 on a DFI-ultra D or a DFI-CF3200, I'm hoping to reach 2.8 ghz.

I can spend up to 160 or so for the ram, and I will be using my pc for games, not benchmark, so it needs to be stable. I'm not sure if timing or mhz is more important for games, so suggest me a pair.

G.Skill PC4000 HZ 3-4-4- ==> if u want to run ram @ DDR500 or more but no low latency @ DDR400

G.Skill PC3200 ZX 2-3-2 ==> if u care more about low latency and DDR500 @ 3-3-2 is not garunteed
