I have 2 more matsush1ta compressors now sitting here. Model # QA125U20CAU6, and though I have a model sheet for a QA125K29CAU6 I still cannot find the correct electronic components. Does anyone know where to purchase these? I need 3 sets!

You might be able to make one out of an electronic circuit controlling a regular relay. Use a current transformer to sense the current and a comparator to drive the relay.
