well of course they don't like to get very tight...here is the best they would give me, finally got <30s SP1M...lol, :banana:
243mhz @ 2.5,3,3,0 1T @2.6v :slapass:

That's the default on my ASUS board and it wont change no matter what you set it to in the bios. Waiting on another Bios uograde:mad:

Are you sure those are UCCC's?
My Infineon CE's also like 2.5-3-3-0 at about 240-250MHz. Try setting Trp to 2, my CE's did 2.5-3-2-0 at 240MHz.
What timings did you need to get higher clocks?

These is some nice, tight timings ! And the Vdimm is pretty low as well =D.

yeah for sure...week 0538 (iirc) UCCC Rev. C chips. they won't boot with tRp of 2, even at 175mhz...
they don't go super high clocks, fully stable ~273mhz 3,4,3,8 1T

I think I have an odd set of UCCC...3,4,4,x timings don't help them get higher stable clocks. also like a bit more volts than most (2.66v vs. ~2.50v). they refuse to get stable at 0780 tRef, which works best for everybody else...these like 2560 tRef only.

Was tRP of 2 not possible at those speeds, or is that a setback of UCCC?

I believe all UCCC is limited in that regard. I can't boot these with CAS 2.0 or tRp 2 no matter what, at any speed/voltage. even tried Cas 2 @ 100mhz, no dice haha

Ahh ok, cool. I never bothered to try anything lower than 3-3-3 on my UCCC. 3 tRCD is usually a no go at higher speeds though as I recently found out.
By looking at your sig, your UCCC do the same that mine do.. same timings and everything. Looks like that is the ultimate sweet spot, lol.

that's another weird thing about this set...seems like all the rest will do 3,3,3,8 or so at ~250-260mhz. Mine jump straight from 2.5,3,3,x to 3,4,3,x and they hate 3,3,3,x. :confused: go figure
updated sig for new settings...popped the IHS off my first chip the other day and those are the results so far. couldn't get stable @2800mhz before, now no problem :banana: dropped all my stable voltages at each speed ~0.055v :woot:

I should give my UCCC a shot again and see if I can hit 250 with 3-3-3 timings. Did you happen to try 3-3-3 timings with 2.8v? *Some* UCCC tend to love Voltage, at least that's what I have found in my testings before.
Nice 2.8GHz btw. I can do 2.8 on my 3200, but it's not *that* stable. Plus, I am too much of a wimp to de-IHS ;)
