I know it's not the greatest but it worked great. Until now. I reboot and it posts then shuts off right away. Wth I am thinking, so I try it again...does the same thing. Third try, no post, no beeps, nothing. I can't figure out what's wrong.
Recently (about the last week I haven't been able to OC at all) it just doesn't post and I forced to clear CMOS. So, I can't figure out what's wrong, it seems like a BIOS issue but I don't know.
DFI Sli Infinity
Opteron 148

Watercooled. Need any more info please ask. Last thing I was doing is rebooting to see if I could OC today.

*remove battery and wait 24 hours*
Treat it like a lanparty except it isn't as good...

Actually it is a Lanparty, minus the large BIOS support from modders, and the UV stuff. iirc you can flash it with a LanParty BIOS.

So removing the battery and waiting a day should have it working again?
I was thinking I could RMA and get money back and pickup a CFX3200.

Ok, well so far I have tried a couple things and I took out all the RAM (the HZ) and turned the computer on with no RAM and it beeped about no RAM. Tried my mushkin and it wouldn't post. So I wonder if something may have just all of a sudden died on my board?

actually that is an option.. if of course you don't mind being an ass for sending back a working product for RMA :nono:

Well I can't get money back, so right now I am either up to it working finally (will have to test in a couple hours for the full 24 hours) or sending it back and get a new Infinity and then sell it on ebay or somewhere and pickup a CFX3200.
So I try it, power on, still no POST. All that happens still is the power LED is blinking (did this before, forgot about it).
