I have the Liberty and it's very good better than my OCZ600 in my opinion but I would still go with the Epsilon for your rig I only have 1 1900XTX so I don't need that much power.

vote for Epsilon or if money is no object then go for Tagan 900/1100W or PCP&C

Hi
I really hope that all the prospective buyer would be as wise as you, but not all users are techie enough. Until today, there's still many user prefer 500w instead of 400 real wattage with the same price. But if the users will spend a little time looking at the spec and quality they might find that the 400w are outperform the 500w one.
Money tell no lie to you man, true?

Liberty 620W has X1800 CF certification from ATI, but not for X1900 CF. Probably for a reason. Epsilon should be ok.
