GSKILL lanuched DDR2 1000 products yesterday
actually i received sample for about few weeks but keep tweaking it and discuss with our lab.... finally me and lab come out the idea, 8000 4-4-4-5
1st we was going to lanuch 5-5-5-15 but i pushed 4-4-3-5 then.... we agree to release both 4-4-4-5 and 5-5-5-15
here is the stress tests for those parts!
2.2v 4-4-4-5 DDR2 1000
sp2004 and 32m + memtest at the same time.
http://www.gskillusa.com/ram/80002gbhz/01.jpg
keep looping 32m again to make sure it is stable!

3D stable also

Great stuff! Would you possibly be able to do any SANDRA or EVEREST benchmarks at 250FSB? Also, could you tell me what chips those modules use? I am wondering if they are the D9G** varient that other sticks have been using.

Hope i could test this soon.
Some o/c ?
"and we have something better will lanuch soon also, maybe if i push it hard!"

who else can do 1000 cl4.... you know what i meant!
i will do more tests later, computer's CPU = cheap and no good for oc....
the oc for this ram becasue i am still using P5WD2.. no extra voltage for me too add over 2.3 but 2.3 i can do a bit better of cuz

For those who were wondering why I sold off my D9
This new stuff is very fast and easier to push, but it will have a price premium from any manufacture that offers this particular part.
I am not positive of build cost exactly but roughly 2x more expensive than Elpida based part, so dont get upset with any manufactures price on ram at this level.
Thanks Gskill, good to see you enter the mix at the top end.

The DDR2 market is moving alot, I like it! :)
Is more voltage better or does it have a sweetpoint?
Retail price should be interesting, must cost like hel.:slap:

^^AGREE^^ When I bought my current RAM for $325 I thought I went a little overboard, but for $400+ for 2GB of RAM I PERSONALLY think it's a bit much, however those timings are quite amazing for DDR1000+ and if money was not an issue I would def get me some.

well the price for those is not expensive and it guarantee 1000 CL4 :)
or we can try some 667 2GBZX, they are pretty good overclock.
i was testing one of the 667 2GBZX (elpida) and now is runing at 975 CL4-4-4-12 2.3v
i probable going to post tomorrow.... that is like ~250 per 2GB kit. not expensive but well it is not guarantee you know

I understand, and I'm not taking anything away from them. Like I said, if money wasn't an option I would definately jump on these, in fact at the time I went from DDR1 to DDR2 I was looking around for G. SKill RAM but at the time my current RAM was pretty much best money could buy. I'm currently doing 960 3:5 4-3-3-4 @ 2.3v. I may thinker around a little bit with the timings to see if I can get it higher. Also what's the divider on the 667 2GBX???
Edit: I guess 960 is the best I can with CL 4!!

Ιt's all 2 expensive. U should lower the price a lot, after all it doesn't overclock much above its rated speed

The DDR1K doesn't OC so well above stock, BUT they can run CL3-3-3-3 at DDR800+. The Elpida's can also do 900~950MHz 4-4-4-12 stable but are dramatic when tweak to CL3.
G.Skill has sent me a sample for reviewing, soon a review will be published. Stay tuned..
