What do u all think off the new GR3 Game ??????

I Think it is bloody rubbish waited for months to get it came today and wish it never

Graphics are Crap, seen better PS2 games for Graphics or is it just my machine????????.

Very gutted about it thought this was the game to get.

BF2 blows it away any day of the week.

Not sure what game to get now.

Just bought Auto Assault rubbish, new tomb raider rubbish, toca racing driver 3 rubbish.

Apart from Auto Assault had all the other GR games and thought fantastic and all the other TR games.

So why are games getting worst rather than better ????????????.

I agree that new games aren`t that good at all.
For my test single-player 3D shooters are best. HL2, Doom3, Q4, FarCry, FEAR - last two years brought awesome games to us. But there`s absolutly no such thing now. Why ?

I'm not too thrilled with GRAW either. I'm pretty mad about my X1900 Crossfire not working. I get better scores and FPS with only 1 card. I agree that the graphics aren't anything new. Some of the explosions have the best graphics I've seen yet. I have hardly seen more than 100 people playing multiplayer.

However, I do like the gameplay in multiplayer. I can just see some awesome clan tactics developing with the lattice links to the zones. It's a very strategic game that really forces you to think about your every move.

I just hope either GRIN or ATI releases a patch quick for the X1900 Crossfire issue, considering there are ATI splash screen and endorsements everywhere I see a GRAW advertisement.

Multiplayer is everything - CS is the prime example of this. I also like the multiplayer on CoD and CoD2.

AA = poop, I did (in beta) half the game (lv20) in 2days.
BF2 = poop

COD2 and BF2 weren't slouches either.

IMO, just wait a little longer. Brothers in Arms 3, UT2007, and Crysis look very promising. And don't forget about HL2:E1, it's just around the corner.

Just change the executable name to AFR-FriendlyD3D

I'm confused though at what you mean. Can you please specifically tell me what and where do I change "AFR-FriendlyD3D"?

i rather enjoy it asdie form the bugs. tis nice to have a challenging game for once. the lsat sevare games ive played, hl2, doom3, quake4, fear, were way to easy to beat on the hardest level. a far as the graphics go irather liked them. the huge world all of itb being affect in real time by the lighting, not pre lit texutres for that area. higher res texture woudl be nice but thats about it.

I already knew that GRAW was going to suck, because all the Rainbow Six and Ghost Recon games suck and dont change much from the previous version.

I never really got into the Ghost Recon series, a bit too realistic for my taste ;)

GRAW is not realistic. Its just badly made.
AI is not smart, especially that of your squad;
Grenade physics are BS;
Vehicle exploution with nades is also BS;
In the future you would expect a more convenient sniper;
enemies die with shots that dont kill isntantly (like the leg);
enemies seem to have infinit amunition;

I think the game is overhyped just because of the gameplay and graphics that was shown on the x360 and because the PC version would have PhysX compatibility, so people thought the PC version would be even better.

I loved the original ghost recon, even with all of its quirks.

But I did not like the changed in direction of GR2. I haven't been impressed with GR3 so far either.

Yes I did mean that, you can use this for most games that are not yet profiled for Crossfire, with a real performance boost.

I loved GR1, but the game crashed CONSTANTLY without hesitation after around 20-30mins of play. Never did GR2.

Damn, disappointed to hear what people think of GRAW - so looking forward to it. I'm still tweaking it to get an acceptable framerate (my biggest winge atm). Was hoping to get into some on-line coop which we did with the original GR for years, and only recently changing to some COD2.

So sad :(

i liked farcry a lot but didnt play it much, why??? to damn hard, and cant turn down difficulty much, only solution is cheats which screw gameplay

Games should start getting a whole lot better now with the ppu's available, probably wont happen to around the begining of 2007.

I have couple of the rainbow6 and ghost recon games, the thing that turned me off is the realism.

No one mentioned Americas Army? I played the first one and it was alright, havent tried the new ones. Is it still free?

BF2 is hands down my favorite, then cs, but i havent played cs once since bf2 came out :D

Yep the renaming of the .exe to AFR-FriendlyD3D definitely works. 1600 x 1200 with 16 x AF all on "high" is doable and actually very playable.

When you select a ghost you get a pop up box with Move, Attack, Follow etc etc. How do you select these as i cannot for the life of me select anything! also what is a "drone".
