witch memory chips are on my Geil Ultra Series

I try to find out which memory chips are on my '' Geil Ultra Series 2x 512mb pc4000+'' sit. On the chips self stands ''Geil'' and with the search can I also nothing find. On the Ramlist stands only the 3200 + version. Can someone help me?

yeah i think it's Hynix or TCCD. What are the stock latencies aat PC4000?

the stock latencies @ pc4000 are 2.5 7-4-4:)

Ok well its definetely a samsung chip of some kind, i would hazard a guess at TCCD.

I'm not so sure - my Geil Ultra Platinum PC4000 sticks were Hynix chips and they behaved totally differently than the TCCD sticks I replaced them with. I'd believe the earlier post indicating they are Hynix.
