Guide for converting XP-90 to bolt through?

Hey guys. I've heard of this being done but I've never seen it.

Does anyone know of a guide or can someone throw together a guide on how to do it, the required hardware, etc, and some pix too?

I heard about someone clipping the XP-90 to the stock retention bracket and screwing the BRACKET down, will that make good enough contact if I go IHS'less?? I guess so...

on the bottom of the retention bracket isn't there a rasied spot where the screws go through? I would think shaving down the bottom of the retention bracket would be easiest.

I just clipped off all of the raised parts on the bottom and screwed the XP-90 bracket down with the XP-90 already on it.

Thnx guys. I'll take some pix of the bottom of the retention module to get an idea, and I might, just might, be popping the lid this weekend :D.

I saw a guide on this before. You have to rip off the rentention clips and then screw on a couple extended pieces so you can bolt it through the 2 MB holes. I'm thinking of trying this with my XP90 and 120mm fan I have on my Winchester if I remove the IHS.
