I like the 400Mhz, 3-3-3, do you know what kind of chips/ICs these have under the heatspreaders?

I don't sure which chips , Actually i haven't see any chips like this strange timing. It is good for low Vdimm, Compare 2.2v 500Mhz 4-5-3-12 and 2.4v 400Mhz 3-3-3-12.
If for benching i will go to 5400UL/8000UL , They like high voltage and can do tight timing.
