What is the best DDR2 available TODAY, as in go to website and PUSH BUY?

And what kind of performance to expect? Can I find any DDR800 @ 3-3-3? DDR700? DDR1000 @ 4-4-4?

Not sure about US websites but you can easily get D9 here (http://www.memory-configurator.com) in EU (more expenisve though). Dunno about other chips, I am lucky I got 4x512 8000UL from ebay :)
