need some memory for my Opteron 146

Guys got my opteron 146 running stable@3ghz now i need some memory who can handle this speed,i like gaming alot so i think because of that i need 2GB of memory,what is the best fastest 2GB memory to get,and with a bit of luck able to do around 290mhz 300mhz,

these have been getting good recommendations, for the price its defianately a bargain. from what ive read you probibly wont do 300 on any 2g kits 1:1, more like 260-270.

it would be better to get a 2g kit that runs ddr500 with looser timings than a 2g kit at 400ddr with tight timings. especially if you are hitting 3ghz, you will need less of a divider the faster you can get the ram to run. memory timings are not as important on an AMD system since mem controler is on-die.
