Any thoughts will be appreciated in regards to cooling a P4 3.0 Socket 478.

I cant really say anything about the cooler master but i previously had the XP90c on my P4 3.0 (prescott) with a 92mm Akasa fan. Overclocked to 3.9 and kept things reasonably cool for a prescott. i cant remember the exact temps but i think my overclocked temps were around 35-39C idle and 57-64 load. i probably could have had better temps if i improved the air flow through my case only had a 120mm fan at the front and back and the psu fan but i was happy with the low noise and performance i was getting. hope this helps.

Very good cooler It kept my 3.2 E at 4.0 24/7 and always stayed well under 60C I think 54c was my max.
