Won a T2300 for 150$

I got one for 150$. Pack date seems to be around mid feb. Hoping to take this to around 2500-2600MHZ. Now just waiting on the MSI 945 board. Already have my case picked out. New rig is slowly comming together.

T2300 is a 1.66GHz Yonah, it is a mobile chip, so it fits in socket 479

I thought T2500 was 2 Ghz and T2600 was 2.16 Ghz?

Yeah T2300 is 1.66 Ghz
I think T2400 is 1.83
So T2500 2.0
and T2600 2.16

a T2300 is 1.67 Ghz on each core. Trust me on that one.

Oh and the MSI Board is 479? okay so I can't drop one into my 775 945 board...

correct this is a socket 479 chip. Just waiting on the board to show up in retail.
