OK, here's the deal. I was running some Aquamark3 327x16=5232 with the RAM (DDR2 800 PC2 6400) at 409MHz 4-3-2-8, 2.3V. I usually run at 2.1V but I wanted to try a little more to see if it would help the stability.

Got a BSOD after the score came up and then the computer wouldn't reboot. Powered down and up a couple of times and it booted, but all the BIOS values had been reset to default. I'm 99.99% sure I've got everything back to where it was, but now it won't boot at the same RAM timings as before 4-3-2-8. I lowered the MHz to 4340 (310x14) which is the 24/7 speed, and it still won't boot unless I loosen up the timings to 4-3-3-11. I've tried three different sets of modules that have frequently run in the past at the 4-3-2-8 speeds, and none of them will boot.

I've reflashed the BIOS, quadruple-checked the settings, tried different modules, tried different settings, run memtest86 'til I'm bored witless (I can't run it with the memory at 4-3-2-8 because the computer won't boot... )

Any ideas?

Thanks guys!

Rig in sig.
