DDR2 ram questions...

I'd like to get a good 1gb dual channel ddr2 kit. I had the OCz Premier ddr 400 with my P4c...not hardcore OCing stuff but still excellent quality and not too expensive. Is there anything in the DDR2 world that is like that?
It's probably going into a P5wd2-e premium and pentium d 9xx system.

What's the stock speed that DDR2 should run at?
Like with DDR and my Northwood I have the DDR400.... but with DDR2 I'm seeing all kinds of speeds like PC4200, 5400, 6400, etc.
