If your chipset gets over 50c would you say that would limit your cpu overclock?

No. But most ppl just like to get temps as low as possible in general.

What voltage are you pumping through your chip to get it at that speed?

Is that prime stable?

~50c on load should be alright. If it makes you nervous, just take it off, lap it, and put AS5. It shouldnt affect your overclock at all. Like scoobie asked, is the prime stable? Does it run 24/7??

If you're looking for a replacement this (http://www.svc.com/vc-re.html) is a great and cheap cooler. I think many here (myself included) are using it.
