Do you have CPU overclocked? Usually a reboot is a sign of unstability. If you are not overclocking, then check CPU cooling. If the coolling is not working properly, system may shut down or restart as protection.
if everything checks out then it probably the Power supply or motherboard.

right now i do have it oced but it happened when it wasnt, psu cant be as its a strong and stable one 12v is 12.1 never seen lower, 550 watts. Its 7 hour dual prime stable. Another problem is that after it goes through my bios it doesnt want go to the xp logo and stays there. Im thinking is the mobo since i have the evga one and has lots of issues. Cooling i have a zalman 7000 alcu and is about 36 idle. It reebots even when in idle. What do you recommend since i bought the cpu through ebay. And mine had only 3 bent slightly, yours had 45 and works fine if im not wrong.
How bout a blend test.
