Powerstream so dead..

I get all my DICE setup like usual, nothing new, go to press power. I hear BOOM! then a flame shoots out from the back, like a 5" flame, still powers on! I turn it off immediately.... erm lost 20lb of dice over this, good thing is it didn't take CPU or Ram with it.... can't test mobo since i dont have another 24pin psu handy, just a 20pin.
Jeez I was looking forward to testing my new cpus too... o well i hope the RMA procedure is painless.:(

EDIT: Hook up some old fans or an old HDD and fire it up with a DMM hooked up. It may be OK? lol

It won't fire up anymore... i tryed to jump start it w/ paperclip but no go.... there seems to be no burn marks, it was just a quick flamethrower kind of shot that came from the back. Still smells like :banana::banana::banana::banana: though.

Well i think it had something to do with coldboot.... you know the little yellow light on the NF4 SLI-DR's it was half light... weird, hope mobo isn't dead.

I think you should check if your M/B is dead asap so you can RMA both of them at the same time so it doesnt end up that you get the powersupply back and get all excited just to find out your motherboard is dead.
