7000alcu to xp 120

Should i upgrade, my idle is 37 and load 45 and priming both cores on x2 55.
Will a thermalright with good fan cool does temps much more or should i water cool.

I think the XP120 will be a huge step up from the 7000. I went from a 7000CU to an XP90 and the difference was very large.
