Tell me what chips these are please

Fugger sent me this ram at a reasonable price I thought. They seem to run well (http://www.xtremesystems.org/forums/attachment.php?attachmentid=46366&stc=1&d=1146021251). @ 4-4-4-12 nothing tighter at 2.10v
One of the heat spreader fell off and left me with curiousity. Can you tell me what kind of chips these are? Do you know if they are volt hungry? Should I put the heatspreader back on?:rolleyes:
