^^^^ FCG's new WR. But if you notice, the CPU and GPU scores are "n/a"
FCG's a little stymied by this....and frankly, so am I.
Has anybody seen this before? If so, do you remember what caused it?
FCG, njkid32 and I were speculating a little and we *think* it occurs when the CPU score gets too high. But we'd like input from anybody who might have seen this before.
Before anyone jumps to conclusions, the system is stable at these speeds, and has been run successfully at higher speeds (just less tweaked) and gotten numerical scores (just under 16.7k was the highest reading seen).

Wow, nice. I remember seeing a cpu score of 43,000 somewhere, of course this score was bugged but still if you can have a cpu score of 43,000 and still not get n/a, then I dont think anything around a 17,000 cpu score could cause this.
There still is the point that the 43,000 score was probably a software bug, but the n/a is probably caused by the something in the hardware, like the actually cpu (or better the high speeds of the cpu).
Anyways congrats on the new WR FCG. :toast:

Have had that several times with Opteron/BH5/X1800XT. Dont know for sure what it is, the Teamgroup wil do Aqua @ 265 and the 146 @ 3.53 but only with OCZ VX @ 253. When i use 146 @ 3.5 with TG @ 250 its n/a n/a but end score. No screens unfortunately but wil give it a go tnite.

I've had that happen once or twice. I never saved the shot because I thought it would have been useless and invalid :/

probably just cpu limited.
i went SLi with two 7800gtx 512mb and i basically get the same score i did with one card...

this always happens when I boot at 333FSB and raise it via ClockGen about 350 to about 385-390FSB. Looks like that may indeed be the cause.

spajdr try higher resolutions and AA and AF enabled - then you`ll see the difference. if not - something is really wrong

i dont believe it is caused by High CPU Score... there has to be a driver error somewhere in the AQ3 package or in compilation with the Chipset,GFX drivers.
just a thought im not sure. i've never seen that and i've run AQ3 enough to have 1 gig of scores :D

The score is legit and can be easily passed with like hardware. I thing FCG has a bum master card.
Ive seen it before

it used to happen a lot on MSI mobos with PAT enabled.
so its probably something to do with either the memory controler, or the ram settings.
