Corsair Twinx PC3200 XMS 2GB good deal

This is a good 2GB kit for sub $140 if you need a cheap one. They run 2-3-3-6 DDR400 at 2.75V and can do 2-3-2-5 fairly easily. I got mine running at 3-4-2-0 1T SuperPi 32M and Large FFT stable DDR500 2.68V. If my OCZ Booster was more stable and reliable I'd probably be able to do more. Still not bad ram for $120.

Looks like it. I didn't see how high these could overclock yet. I may try 1:1 and loosen timings to 3-4-4. Adding more voltage doesn't do anything for this ram, went up to 2.95V.
