would it be safe to put 3-3.2v into my patriot pc4000? i'm having some trouble getting it stable at around 260fsb 1:1 and was wondering if more voltage would help...

Do to the lack of References on your memory..
Would you please look at the chips for us or post a picture so that we can figure out what would be the optimal range because putting that many volts though TCCD will kill it.

the only pc4000 i'm aware of patriot making uses TCCD/TCC5.. so, more than 2.9-2.9v is probably unwise, and shouldn't help clocks anyway :toast:

yeah, it only helps a tiny bit when i'm around 2.9v

you need to remove the heat spreaders, so that we can get a good look at the chips themselves
