Anyone wanna beat my X700 scores?

so, is there anyone how want to beat my X700PRO 3D Mark scores?
maybe then ill try to oc it more and give it a try with PD920:rolleyes:

so far 3D Mark 2003/2005/2006 is mine
i have seen one better 2k3 score but imho that was fake or buggy..

My Best Score in 3DM03 is 9616 (stock cooler)

and 3DM05 is 3930 (stock cooler)

in a few weeks i will do VoltMod to my VGA. But just that, will try to get a Dual Core to test it.

So, Wintereind,....I imagine we'll either hear from you immediately, if you have a back-up score or in a day or so if you need to go back and work on this a little. You should be able to get it fairly easy its only 13pts. above the last #1.

i dont know how to beat that 03 score cos its too good thanks to high vga mem clock:p:

i should do once again vmods for vga mem and hope it would oc a bit higher.

nevertheless u have nice card...
btw u have XT core? if its XT then vmods + peltier = 600+mhz
also could u please make pic of your mem timings?
u have 2.0ns or 1.6ns mem?

i dont have my dothan rig anymore - i should hav run some benches

Sorry Winterwind, I tried to reply to this early in the AM (for me) but was stopped by the forum maintenance.

I'm positive you can get the #1 back....you only need 14pts. ;)
I probably will not try again with '03 unless I ever get around to volt modding my card. Too many projects right now.

I'm not sure if the card is an XT core, it doesn't say XT though. It was made in 0436 or 0438 (can't remember). 2.0 ns memory. I'll check on the timings for you.
Copper sinks on them ram chips.:)

Too bad about not having that Pent M anymore....incredible clocker.
Your Pent. D pressler should be capable of some amazing scores as well with a healthy overclock.

no benching for long time and i probably wont bench X700PRO again anytime soon..
and thats because 32C ambient temp over here in Estonia:D
id love to try ice water and push gpu to 59* mhz but its not possible because of too warm ambient temp..
but on winter... well see... well see:p:

If you did that would be the card and not conroe that did that .. cpu is not very important with the really low end cards.

so.. few weeks ago i bought another X700PRO..
this time PowerColor. when i took heatsink off then i saw what i was looking..
it has X700XT core and it should oc better than my old X700PRO
with X700 core..
today i did a vmod for new one and it clocks quite well..

little test:
PD920 @ 4000mhz
2 x GSkill PC6400 @ 383mhz 4-4-4-8
X700PRO 425/432 @ 560/545

gpu oc-s pretty well with warm water.
old card did 540mhz max whereas new one does 565mhz.

so, to sum it all up - new WRs are coming but not before winter:D
