OK, so I just did the 1.3v mod on my evga 7900gt vanilla model. I am using ati tool to find my max clocks.
My core is showing stable at 620mhz, and the ram at 450, which I guess is 1800mhz. I am still on the stock cooler.
My problem is that if I try to game, or bench with the core oc'd, and raise my ram at all above stock, I either lock up, or get the crazy screen when loading apps...either games or benches.
I am not sure what is causing this. I see many of you with the core and ram oc'ed highly, and would like to know what you think is causing this.
