Get a fan controller.

I have a 120mm fan in my window i cant even hear it hardly when i turn the speed down.

the temp diff is only a couple C on high or low

Have you tried 5v or 7v the fan off a Molex connector? Its free :)

well, i want to avoid under volding them, as ive indervolted my Amber to 7v and yea you cant hear it but me blowing could do more. I want 3-pin fans that are silent at full voltage. im very interested in the silenx range.

ATM with the fan on full my CPU both cores at 100% its 39*C, Mobo at 50*C, NB at 43*C and HDD at 32*C (CPU OC'ed to 2GHz cus forgot to set the FSB back to normal after i changed my CPU). Without the fan on it raises most of the temps ranging from 5*C - 10*C. I only got one exaust and thats the PSU one. Gunna use the 2x 80mm fans for exausts. I have space for a 120mm on top but id need some cutting equiptment.

I've heard some pretty bad things about SilenX, basically that they are quiet because they hardly move any air. You can probably find more info on SPCR.
Caveat emptor ;)

Yate loons seem to be the most popular choice. I love mine, all 5 of them.

Look for the panaflo L series. FBA08A12L is the 80mm model that is only 21dB while pushing a real 24cfm.
