Memory Read and write speeds

On Everest my Memory write speed is at 5200MBPS while read is at 6300MBps

Does it matter? Any suggestions?

Bios setting in my asus a8n sli deluxe with lattest bios to date
2-5-2-2-11-16-1-2-2T

I have 512x4 stick of crucil ballistix memory at 216fsb x 12 (3800+) Single core.

How far can you guys OC this computer too?
