I´ve tested my X850XT a bit an the clock rates pretty good for an unmoddet card, i think. But nevertheless the score is not so good.
What can slow the system down?

Which drivers did you use?
Did you set to 'max performance' in direct3d?

It was catalyst 6.4. And sure i used 'max performance'
I again installed windows only 3 days ago

I got the best results with catalyst 5.13. If you're looking for your personal best result, try with 5.13.

I know that it isnt really bad but this (http://service.futuremark.com/compare?3dm05=1773992) is my current record with lower clockrates and another card.

Then play around with Eshbachs timings. ;)

with ebachs timings i could score 6800 with my card at 540/590
just thought of something, same scores...lower card clocks....cpu limited!

Very true. Now I tried with Opteron@2,9Ghz, 520/540, stock memory timings.
Scored 6394 with catalyst 5.13.

I tried those timings out times and the result isn´t bad.
I Think with another driver and higher clocks i can breake my record.
It is possible to load the timings together with a profile?
theres an option to save the memory timings to a profile on the memory timings screen in ati tool isnt there?
the score seems pretty much bang on, to gain some more give it a defrag and try killing some unneeded processes in task manager and setting the 3d mark priority to 'realtime'
why not think about vmodding the card? looks to be a nice sample so should work well :)

sys memory is sucky too :(
Also, you can try LOD +2, gives you a 200-400marks boost, but it looks like hell..

I found the option but it doesnt really work ...
With modded timings and a bit higher clocks
7386 Points (http://service.futuremark.com/compare?3dm05=1964499)
Vmod ... i am not so talented in it. And i´ve never done that before ....
Maybe i can find someone who can mod the card for me.

you know what i'm starting to think your score does look a little low, heres mine
7062 (http://service.futuremark.com/compare?3dm05=1919722)
and i'm on crappy s754, 3000+ at only 2.4ghz and my card is only 12 pipes, surely your opty and having 4 more pipes should gain you more than 300. theres a pencil vmod somewhere i think its on techpowerup.com if your soldering skills arent upto much
