Hi! Here is my small work on my case. I've tired of that "Strict" design, so I decided to make a small innovation  ... So here we are:

Any suggestions? That looks pretty good. I'm not sure I would have left the strip in the middle but that's just me. I looks really well done. I can't quite tell, what type of mounting di you use?

if you want to hide some of those edges id recommend getting some push on edge trim from mcmaster. otherwise thats a pretty good mod. what did you use to cut the window?

I'd leave the edges bare, but round them off a TON with a hand file. I see alot of little jaggies just waiting to catch something. :D
Unless you can find a really thin edge molding, I like it.

Get a metal file to make it smooth to the feel first, so you can move on to paper sandpaper without scraching it.
Start with 400 grit, work your way up to 1000 (real smooth already)
Then give the edges a clear coat or just paint the entire panel.

another option thought it takes a bit of time is to recess the plexi a bit so when mounted it is flush with the case wall. and then of course smooth the edges with a file that way they are smooth.
