Not a graphics tweak or anything, but decent easy to get gear, available at level 1.
Go to Bruma to J'Ghasta's house and pick the lock on the beerkeg in the basement. There is a hood and robe that are pretty kickass, and they are he 2nd last quest reward in the Dark Brotherhood guild, but can be obtained at level 1.
Also, just south of Imperial City Water District is a map point "Old Bridge, and on the other side of the island is a Place called Vadaesel, or Vin Diesel or something, and there is a chick named Umbra there that you can kill for some uber gear at low levels too.
Since lots of drops are random, the only stuff you can always find are quest rewards, and this stuff is all free, and fairly high-end. Better gear is really not around for at least the first 25 levels, and I haven't made it further than that yet.
Anyone else got any pointers for fixed(not randomized) items or loot in the game? There seems to be minimal info in regards to drops out there.
