Memory with cas 2.5 or 3 ?

i want to buy
3200+ venice
Albatron K8NF4X
WD 80gb SATA
7600GT / 6800GS

and my dilemma is Corsair Value 2.5-3-3-8 or PQI 3-3-3-8

Corsair costs ~ 190$ (sucks it israel)
PQI ~ 160$


half timing will change something ?
i think no but i want to be sure ;)

I forgot something, PS 400W genri will be powerful for 7600gt

i dont think it will be matter, because this PC isn't for OC

Corsair VS1GBKIT400 (kit) cas 2.5
PQI Power 512mbx2 (no kit) cas 3

i want to know if half timing (CAS) cost ~ 30$ ? :rolleyes:
