p5p800se mobo need bios mod

hi i would do it my self but i dont have a tool to open .ROM file extensions so i was woundering if anybody could mod me this bios to disable spread spectrum plz i got my 631 3.0ghz up to 4.5 stable with 20C idle and 27C load and i cant go any higher with it enabled or is there a button i can push in the bios to open extra features thanks

edit well bios is to big to put in here ..it will be 0503 bios version socket 775 p5p800se mobo

well does anybody have a program i could edit the bios.ROM file that would work under windows and in 64-bit OS
