Thank you all for all you opinions and help. Still find tuning the rig and it's a real balancing trick to say the least considering the hardware being used and the amount of heat to control. But anyway these are my bios settings:

P4EX

AI Overclocking is set to manual
CPU Frequency - 280
DRAM Frequency - DDR2-703
Performance Mode - Turbo
PCI EXPRESS Frequency - 101
PCI CLOCK Sychronization Mode - 33.3
Memory Voltage - 2.25V
CPU VCore Voltage - 1.3625 + vdroop = 1.456
FSB Termination Voltage - 1.30
MCH CHIPSET Voltage - 1.50
ICH CHIPSET Voltage - AUTO

AI CPU LOCK FREE - Disabled
Default CPU Ratio - x16
Microcode Updation - Enabled
Max CPUID Value Limit - Disabled
Execute Disable Function - Disabled
CPU Internal Thermal Control - DIS
Virtualization Technology - Disabled
Hyper Threading - Enabled

Chipset (OCZ DDR2 6400 Platinum 4 512mb dimms):

4,3,3,8,6

DRAM ECC MODE - Disabled
Hyper Path 3- Disabled
DRAM Throttling Threshold - DIS
Boot Graphic Adapter Threshold - PCI Express

Universal PCI-E Speed [x2 Mode(Fast)]

PEG Buffer - Auto
Link Latency - Auto
Peg Root Control - Auto
Peg Link Mode - Auto
Slot Power - Auto
High Priority Port Select - Disabled

SYSTEM:

P5WD2E v 1.02 with bios 0403, 1x ATI 1900 Master, 1x ATI 1900xtx Crossfire, 4 sticks of OCZ DDR2 6400 = 2G, pair of 75g raptors in raid 0, wd 400g as well. Water coold gpu's and cpu.

ManOnion 06 score on default settings are 9066. GPU's are overclocked using CCC at 690/800

Temps:

CPU LOAD using SUper PI or Prime on both cores = 50C
GPU idles at 42C Max around 46C - supposedly

Question

DRAM FREQUENCY Settings confuse me, what should they be set at considering the above setups? I understand a ratio of 1:1 is good? Presently cpuz shows it as 4:5 with a frequency of 351.8.

Are my temps and voltages ok?

I cannot get higher then 4.7 stable but I see many have had better success so I presume the crossfire scenario maybe the problem. The memory can run at 300fsb at default settings ( 200fsb ) but I had to fool around with the multiplier to ease it up...never being able to get 4.7 stable.

Last question. I've been running Prime95 on both cpu's and to prevent the use of too much page filing, I've adjusted the Torture test option to custom and split the max fft size ( in K) to 800 each, if I run 4 scenarios of page filing for the cores, then I reduced to 175 ( some headway left ). I've tried running it at default with BLEND on 4 cores but a 'low page filing warning' appears. Unfortunatley it can run for 1 hour before I get some odd errors such as Task Manager has to shut down... or Prime95 has to shut down.

Powersupply is the Enermax Liberty 660

think,i think ur vcore&temp is ok,
fsb:ram =1:1 not the best maybe.
more important is ram's timing.
if 4:5 or 5:6 , ram can do tie timing.
memorywidth will gets better.

prime for 4units,pagefilfes not enough?
maybe u can turnoff ht in bios.
and go prime 2units

Oh, I see so there's more bandwidth with a 4:5 or 5:6 vs 1:1.

Thanks.
