I think about buying an Asus P5WD2

is it a good MOBO for OC?
will it work with a pentium D805?

p5wd2-e Prem is your best bet. Howeever the Marvel drivers for the marvel raid chipset do not work. Intel's version does work

Yeah whats wrong with p5wd2? Hows the vcore drop in p5wd2? Is it any better than p5ld2?

the p5wd2 pre is a very good board IMO better than the -E model.

it still drop the vcore 0,1 volt on load

my system a

920 and p5wd2 pre
run 280 stock vcore :)

Have benched 4.20 Ghz on Pentium D 805 with P5WD2 premium.

P5wd2 and -P are the best boards out ATM. Could use a simple vdroop though.
